Shipping time varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Any orders over $29.00 ships for free. Other orders ship for $3.99.

1. Shipping time consists of two components: processing time and delivery time. Our processing time is 1-3 calendar days, during which we will prepare your order after it has been placed. Following the processing period, the delivery time is estimated to be 7-14 calendar days. Therefore, the total shipping time ranges from 8 to 17 calendar days.
2. Supported countries: We provide shipping and delivery services exclusively to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, and Canada. Please be aware that we do not currently offer shipping services to other countries. Shipping is free for orders totaling $29 or more in the listed countries, while orders below $29 will incur a shipping fee of $3.99. The total shipping time for these countries is 8-17 calendar days, as indicated in the table above.
3. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Then you can track your order on this page: https://aigcdtg.com/apps/17TRACK. Simply enter the tracking number and click "Track", and it will display the latest updates.
4. Please note that this is only an estimated time frame the package might still arrive earlier than expected.
5. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please feel free to contact customer service any time.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchases in AIGC-DTG. But just in case you are not 100% satisfied, we are always here to support you to make your return and refund easily.
How Many Days Do You Have To Return A Product?
You have 40 calendar days from your purchase date to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 40 calendar days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 40 calendar days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
How Much Does it Cost to Return Something?
Return Shipping is free if the shipment is wrong or the product you received is defective.
However, if you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, $7.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Product Conditions That Allows For Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Make A Return?
1. To start a return, you can contact us by email at customerservice@aigcdtg.com. It will take 1-2 calendar days for us to confirm the return. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address by email.
2. Please ship the product back to our designated address in its original packaging as soon as possible.
3. Within 3-5 calendar days after we have received your item(s) and approved your request, the refund will be reflected in your original payment account or credit card, depending on the bank.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
REFUND
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment account or credit card within 3-5 calendar days.
