We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchases in AIGC-DTG. But just in case you are not 100% satisfied, we are always here to support you to make your return and refund easily.
How Many Days Do You Have To Return A Product?
You have 40 calendar days from your purchase date to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 40 calendar days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 40 calendar days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
How Much Does it Cost to Return Something?
Free return shipping is provided if we made an error in shipping or if the product is defective.
However, if the return is due to reasons such as purchasing the wrong item or a change of mind, a return shipping fee of $7.99 per order will be deducted from your refund.
Product Conditions That Allows For Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Make A Return?
1. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at customerservice@aigcdtg.com. Our team will respond within 1-2 calendar days to confirm your return request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email.
Please make sure to include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Attach pictures of the received item(s) for reference
This information will help us process your return more efficiently.
2. Please ship the product back to our designated address in its original packaging in 7 calendar days.
3. After we receive and approve your returned item(s), please allow 1-3 calendar days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be credited to your original payment account or credit card, depending on your bank's policies. Timing may vary based on your bank.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges, but you can place a new order and initiate a return.
REFUND
1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 calendar days and credited to your original payment account or credit card.
2. For returns due to our error or defective products, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
3. If the return is due to reasons such as purchasing the wrong item or a change of mind, a return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this deduction only applies to the return shipping fee and excludes any original shipping charges.
4. After the refund is processed, we will notify you. If you do not receive the refund within 3-5 business days, please contact us via email customerservice@aigcdtg.com.
